PAYMENT

Q   What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

A   You can feel safe shopping at Adora Curtains.

We do not keep any payment information of our clients. We only use PayPal Credit Service for all payment transactions. Customers shop on our site and click the payment button. Then pay on secure PayPal pages and return to our site after payment.

Clients can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard) without having a PayPal account.

Q  Do you accept American Express (aka, AMEX)?

A   Unfortunately, PayPal Australia doesn't accept AMEX card at the moment, but things can change in the near future.

 

SHIPPING

Q   How are shipping and processing surcharges calculated?

A    Adora Curtains offers simple, reasonable rate shipping  depending on states within Australia.

 International Shipping:  the shipping is available only within Australia.

 

P.O. Box orders are not eligible for shipping. The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped within Australian states.

Q  How long does it take to ship the packages?

A  We ship most in-stock merchandise within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.


 TRACKING

Q   Do you provide the tracking information for the packages?

A   Yes, we do. Once the payment is received, it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. When the item leaves our warehouse, an automatic email will be sent with the order information and the tracking number.

Q    Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

A    Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours.

Q    Why do I need to join the Mailing List?

A    When you sign up for our mailing list, we save your information and ONLY use it to inform you of new arrivals, sales promotions, and product information.

 

Return Policy

Q   What happens If I am not happy with the delivered goods?

A   Should you not be happy with your choice of readymade product, we will exchange or refund your purchase when returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase within 10 days from the date of your purchase.
